MOTION CM Ford to excuse CM Oladele. Seconded by CM Oslik.
MOTION CM Watson to grant the vehicle exception for 2705 Lake Avenue with the stipulation that the owner cover the lettering on a daily basis and not granting it will cause undue hardship and residents have had an opportunity to be heard on this matter. Seconded by CM Oslik.
MOTION CM Oslik to close the meeting to discuss a potential land acquisition. Seconded by CM Ford.
MOTION CM Watson to open the meeting. Seconded CM Oslik.
MOTION CM Watson to approve a budget adjustment in the amount of $7,500 to purchase and install a back-up generator for the Community Center to replace the one that is currently inoperative. Seconded by CM Schachter.
